Buyback quota of the share buyback offer

Publication in compliance with section 8 of the offering memorandum

MAGIX AG (ISIN DE0007220782) had released a public buyback offer for up to 1,153,489 shares of MAGIX AG. As the buyback offer was not accepted to its full extent, no rescaling in accordance with section 3.5 of the offering memorandum shall be required, i. e. the shares submitted for purchase will be accounted for in full. The determined buyback quota is therefore 100.00 per cent.
