Annual Document persuant to § 10 WpPG
Annual Document pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (“Wertpapierprospektgesetz” – WpPG)
Pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act ("Wertpapierprospektgesetz", hereinafter referred to as "WpHG"), in force since 1 July 2005, an issuer whose securities are authorized for trading on an organized market shall make available to the public at least once per year a document containing or referring to all information published by the issuer during the preceding twelve months due to certain capital market regulations.
It should be taken into account that some information contained in this annual document cannot be updated and may therefore be out of date. Neither the annual document nor the information contained therein or the information to which the annual document may refer to shall constitute an offer or an invitation to submit an offer for the purchase or sale of securities.
