TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Organizer 
The organizer of the prize draw is: MAGIX Software GmbH, Wrangelstraße 100, 10997 Berlin, Germany, presse@magix.net.  

2. Eligibility 
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older with a residence in the European Union. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.  

3. Participation Period 
The prize draw runs from January 12, 2026, 10:00 a.m. until February 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.  

4. Conditions of Participation 

  • Participation in the prize draw occurs automatically with the purchase of a qualifying product via the official MAGIX website (www.magix.com). 
  • Qualifying products include: Video deluxe products, Video Pro X, Rescue Your Videotapes!, Photostory deluxe, Photomanager deluxe, MUSIC MAKER, MP3 deluxe, Soundpools. 
  • The purchase must be made within the defined participation period. 
  • The organizer may request a valid proof of purchase to confirm eligibility.
  • No additional costs arise for participating in the prize draw.   

5. Prizes 
The following prizes will be awarded: 

  • 12 × Multimedia Controller PRO V2 
  • 12 × Alesis Q49 MK2 
  • 6 × Denver DCH-600 drone 
  • 3 × €50 MAGIX voucher 
  • 33 × €10 Soundpool voucher 
    Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes is excluded.  

6. Winner Selection 
Winners will be selected at random from all valid and fully recorded entries. Multiple purchases do not increase the chance of winning. The draw will be conducted by the organizer and will take place no later than February 22, 2025.  

7. Winner Notification 
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after the draw.   

8. Data Protection 
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, the organizer processes personal data (e.g., name, contact details, proof of purchase). The organizer’s data protection policy applies: https://www.magix.com/de/datenschutz/.  

9. Exclusion of Participants 
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.  

10. Liability 
The organizer is not liable for technical issues that result in delayed or prevented participation.  

11. Changes and Termination of the Prize Draw 
The organizer reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate the prize draw for good cause if proper execution can no longer be ensured.  

12. Legal Recourse 
Legal recourse regarding the determination of winners is excluded. Claims arising from breaches of duty, data protection, or consumer protection remain unaffected.  13. Applicable Law 
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
